What is the turnaround time?

Most services are completed under two weeks. It depends on how fast you send the requirements for CreativeadiaJ to begin. I suggest as soon as you book the services, send the requested attachments to creativenadiaj@gmail.com ASAP.

How will I receive the services I booked?

You will receive the requested services to the email you provided in the form you fill out prior to booking the service. If you feel you placed the wrong contact information in the form please email me at creativenadiaj@gmail.com ASAP to correct the issue.

What if I do not like the end product?

CreativeNadiaJ will gladly revise the service up to 3 times before there is an additional fee of $35 per revision. Our goal is provide excellent customer service by providing your vision.

Do you have a refund policy?

ALL services are NONREFUNDABLE. If you have concerns before booking a service please contact creativenadiaj@gmail.com with any questions. Please allow a 24-72 hour response time.
